photo challenge: week one...

It's no secret that I like to take pictures. It's also no secret that there is not too much variety in the pictures that I take. It's either Libbi, Laney, Libbi & Laney, or Laney & Libbi. :)
I found this fun little Photo Challenge on Pinterest ((where else?)) and thought it would be a fun way to document our days and help me mix things up a little bit all at the same time. Instead of posting a photo a day, I thought I would just do a week's worth each Sunday night (and I'm already behind - oops!) I just taken these pictures each day with my phone and compiled them all at the end of the week.
If you want to participate, but haven't started yet, it's not too late!
Just pick up where we are and fill in the rest when you can :)

Photo Challenge: Week One (1/1 - 1/7)
Jeffrey took this picture of us with his iPad. Laney looks dazed and Libbi is saying, and I quote, "I'm SO mad!" and making her mad face. This is our life y'all :)

Love me some chick-fil-a. I considered using this is my #3 picture, but decided it was probably best to go with something else...Oh, and this pic was taken after Jeffrey brought me home chick-fil-a for breakfast. We had a long list of chores to complete on his day off, and I needed a *slight* attitude adjustment. He sure knows the way to my heart. And just like that, I broke my New Year's resolution :)

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE seeing my girls "play" together. And I can only imagine that it just gets better and better...
I wasn't quite sure what "letterbox" meant. After some googling, I came up with two different possibilities. Some people seem to think that it just means your mailbox and others say it's a photo technique where there are black boxes on the top and bottom of the photo. Either way, I just kind of combined the two. Hopefully that covers it. I got these bows in the mail from Polka Dot Posies (if you have little girls, check them out!!)
This is also the day we started "potty training" so I had no reason to get out of my pj's all day. And believe me, I definitely didn't just sit around with my feet propped up. They're more likely propped up so I don't accidentally step in a "puddle"...
On 1/6, Libbi and I enjoyed a picnic lunch inside her tent in the playroom. There is nothing I love more than being home with my girls and seeing their sweet smiles :)
No, this doesn't mean Libbi is my "Favorite" - ha! I took a picture of something that is one of Libbi's favorites. Imitating us is one of her favorite things to do. She loves feeding her baby just like we feed Laney. In this picture, you can't see it very well, but she is actually feeding her baby out of a teapot - haha - I promise we don't feed Laney out of one of those! :)

Stay tuned for Week Two of the Photo Challenge. I hope to have it posted on Sunday! :)
